Kraken Cavalry - Assembly and WIP was created by ChicagoWiz
Starting on the Kraken cavalry. Since I have only 3, I'm going to treat them as a creature or a leader with one hell of a fantastic mount. Maybe I'll drop the money for another 3 someday...

These guys are not the easiest in the world to assemble, but thanks to sticky tack and 8 minute epoxy, I can get the job done. The patience to wait the 24 hours for the glue to cure makes it slow...

Can't wait to paint this sucker up!

Both main tentacles pinned and epoxied. Now for the green stuff to fill the gaps.

Primed and ready to paint! It's further down on the priority list, but it has to be done by April to take part in the Little Wars games I'll be running.

Yep! I finally cracked the 200 floor on my lead mountain - by end of month, I should be at 190 or so left to paint.

But then that Wave 2 shipment is coming...

Yah, I don't like thinking about my to-do list... to say it's in the 1000s would be guessing, but not to far off currently I think.

I was over 425 in January. I've managed to work it down to the 190s. I had hoped to get to 0 by end of year, but I just can't paint that fast!

Hey there! Nope, I had to finish the Orcs and Goblins, and now Humans, for GaryCon. The Kraken is going to swim in April, so I'm probably going to start on him in Feb. I'll keep you posted when I get moving on him. I've got a lot of figures to paint between now and then!
